Enter your credit card details at checkout and that's it. The next time you use this card, we'll just ask for the security code.
Debit card
You enter all your details only once, and for future purchases, we'll only ask for the security code.
Payment by bank transfer
You will receive our confirmation by email with your bank details and order number.
Money in Mercado Pago
It's very helpful to anticipate and add funds to your Mercado Pago account, because when you make a purchase, your payment is credited instantly.
Shipping methods
Deliveries in San Rafael are made through the company's logistics. Therefore, upon purchase, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. This way, you will not receive an Andreani tracking number.
Who ships orders from the online store?
All orders placed through our online store are prepared from our plant in San Rafael, Mendoza, and distributed/delivered by Andreani.
What days are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and depending on the delivery area, some branches also deliver on Saturdays until noon. If no one is available to receive the order, the logistics operator will return to your home within 48 business hours. If the return delivery cannot be arranged, the delivery will be delivered to the Andreani branch closest to your home, notifying you by email each time.
Who can receive the order?
During the first two visits, anyone aged 18 or over who presents their ID may receive their order at the agreed-upon address. If the order cannot be delivered and must be picked up from the nearest Andreani branch, the cardholder who made the purchase must present their ID or an authorized individual with the following information.
- Name and Surname of the owner
- ID of the owner
- Name and Surname of the authorized person
- DNI of the authorized person
- Shipping number(s)
- Note signed by the owner who made the purchase authorizing the withdrawal of the order

First, we recommend checking the status of your order on Andreani's tracking platform by entering the shipment number you received by email here: https://seguimineto.andreani.com

Warranty
Delivery of products
At Nevada, we put a lot of effort and dedication into preparing each order, and we'd love for you to receive it just as it leaves our establishment. However, unfortunately, due to causes beyond our control, some of the following events may occur:
ANDREANI NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER MY ORDER
If you received a notification that your order was affected by an incident or was undeliverable, please contact us through our customer service center, detailing your order number and the product you didn't receive. We will resend it to you and provide you with the new tracking code.
I RECEIVED A MESSAGE INFORMING THAT THEY DIDN'T FIND ME AT MY ADDRESS, BUT THEY NEVER CAME BY
If your shipment tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, there may be an error in the delivery address you provided to Andreani. Contact our service center and provide as much detail as possible about your address: street, elevation, floor, apartment, block, lot, neighborhood, street address, zip code, and city.
ANDREANI REPORTS THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED THE ORDER, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
If your shipment's status indicates it has been delivered, we ask that you check with your homeowner to see if it was received by someone else. If you live in a gated community or building, also check to see if it was delivered to the caretaker or security guard.
To find out who received your order, enter your tracking code in the Andreani portal https://www.andreani.com/#!/personas. If the recipient's information is not listed, please contact our customer service center to verify the incident and ensure proper delivery of your purchase.
MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKEN, IN POOR CONDITION, OR IS NOT WHAT I BOUGHT
In Nevada, our work processes are certified by FSSC:22000 Food Safety. And our goal is to deliver the best product to you. However, if the product you received arrived broken, in poor condition, or is not what you purchased, Contact our support center to verify what happened and find a solution.
