Cereal Bars: with plum, blueberries and almonds

Ingredientes:

  • Oats 250 g
  • Dried blueberries 50 g
  • Dried plums 50 g
  • Almonds 50 g
  • Honey 60 g
  • Peanut paste 60 g

Preparación:

  1. In a bowl, mix the plums, almonds, blueberries, and oats until well combined.
  2. Add the honey and peanut paste and mix well. (Recommended: Mix with your hands for better integration.)
  3. Place the mixture on a baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray, and bake at 150°C for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
