Ingredientes:

  • 1 cup of dried plums
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparación:

  1. Soak the plums in hot water for 20 minutes and chop finely.
  2. Mix the cream, condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Add the plums and pour into an ice cream mold or bowl.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
